Cooperation with schools in Coswig

During the participation at the 7th career information fair in September 2016 at Leonhard-Frank-School there has been concluded a cooperation with 7 different regional companies and the Evangelic School Coswig, the Leonhard-Frank-School and Grammar School Kötitz. With the support of the IHK Dresden this twinning was united. The senior mayor Frank Neupold and the school referent Heike Krüger has attended the signing.

The purpose of the cooperation is to better prepare the young people for the challenges of the workplace and also to ensure the trainees for the companies. The main interest of the schools is to get in contact with the regional companies, to know them better and therefore to support their pupils for the professional orientation. Industrie-Partner will contribute with internships and behind-the-scenes-tours, also it is planned to introduce the apprenticeship opportunities and to contribute at parents’ evenings. The positive thing of that cooperation is that the three schools between themselves and with the companies can coordinate their activities better than before.
