The use of adjustable support bases for rails enables simple and precise adjustment of measuring tracks and elevated tracks in railway workshops. As concrete structures permanently alter the track position over time due to shrinkage and subsidence, and the crane rail fastenings used wear out, the track position had to be corrected regularly until now. This was time-consuming and cost-intensive with the old fastening systems.
With the newly developed adjustable rail support point, the track position can be adjusted in terms of height and side in a simple, precise and cost-effective manner!
Load cell engines can be integrated as an optional extension to measure and document load curves. The adjustable rail support is maintenance-free and designed for an axle load of 300 kN.
