Precision and safety in final inspection

The pantograph test bench developed by IP RailEquipment enables reliable final inspection of reconditioned or new pantographs. The operating pressure, end positions and force-displacement diagram during extension and retraction are automatically recorded and compared with the target values.

The system has an integrated test programme management system that allows different types of pantographs to be tested and documented individually.

The result: reproducible measurement results, high process reliability and maximum quality assurance in the reconditioning of pantographs.
