Mobile ICE bow flap-testing device by IP RailEquipment

The mobile ICE bow flap-testing device developed by IP RailEquipment enables external actuation and testing of the sensor technology of ICE bow flaps directly in the depot.

It was developed especially for testing, maintenance and adjustment work and allows fast, safe and practical functional checks of the bow flaps of the ICE.

Mobile, compact and user-friendly – ideal for flexible use in maintenance workshops for the high-speed fleet.

Control unit

The control unit is integrated into a mobile workbench. Four solid rubber castors allow the device to be easily moved around the operating environment.

There are cable holders on the side for the 20 m long supply cable and the 10 m long bow flap connection cable. A charging station with a holder for the mobile control unit is attached to the front.

Mobile control unit
